Fullstack Labs PLT(“Fullstack Labs”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting the personal data of individuals who interact with our website. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information in accordance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

When you submit our contact form, we collect the following information:

  • Name
  • Company name (if provided)
  • Email address
  • Phone number (if provided)
  • Your enquiry message and selected project type

We do not collect any other personal data through this website. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.

3. How We Use It

The information you provide through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use your personal data for marketing purposes, and we do not add you to any mailing lists without your explicit consent.

4. Retention

We retain contact form data for up to 12 months from the date of receipt, after which it is deleted. If an enquiry leads to a client engagement, data may be retained for the duration of that relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter in accordance with our legal obligations.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Resend (opens in new tab) (resend.com) to deliver contact form submission notifications by email. Your data is transmitted to Resend for this purpose only. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or any other commercial purpose.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we hold. However, no system connected to the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have concerns about submitting sensitive information online, you are welcome to contact us directly by email.

7. Your Rights

Under Malaysia’s PDPA, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by us. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at pgmc@fullstacklabs.my. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
